What is publishing?

Music publishing covers the songwriting side of music — the lyrics, melodies, and beats creators make. Any time a song is streamed, sold, performed, used in a video, placed in a show, or played on the radio, it earns publishing royalties. These royalties belong to the writers and composers, and publishing makes sure they’re collected and paid out correctly.

Many artists & producers don’t collect their publishing because it’s confusing. We’re here to make it as easy as can be. We can collect your publishing for you without you having to be stuck in a deal. You’re free to leave whenever you please.

  • If you’re ONLY collecting through BMI or ASCAP, you’re not even collecting half your publishing.

  • Publishing money DISAPPEARS forever after 2-3 years from when the song is released if not collected. Goes into the Blackbox.

  • You don’t have to sign a deal to collect your money.
